The rules for using this website, and where they stop and your work agreement begins.
Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website. The work we do for you is governed by the written scope, estimate or work order we agree with you separately, and where the two differ, that document controls.
Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer to contract. Prices, timelines and availability described here are indicative. A number becomes a quote when we have seen the scope and sent it to you in writing, and it becomes a job when you accept that quote. Scope found after work starts, such as damage behind a wall or a unit in worse condition than described, may change the price; we will tell you before we do the extra work, not after.
Scheduling
Submitting the form on this site requests pricing. It does not book a crew or hold a date. A date is held when we confirm it with you directly.
Accuracy of this site
We keep the service descriptions, photographs and coverage areas on this site current and accurate to the best of our knowledge. Service areas, crew sizes and turnaround times can change. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.
Photographs
The before-and-after comparisons and job photographs on this site are of real work performed by Team Indigo crews, except where a photograph is identified as a stand-in. Photographs show representative results, not a guaranteed outcome for every unit: how much of a stain or how much wear will come out depends on the material, the age and what caused the damage.
Intellectual property
The Team Indigo name, logo, photographs and the text on this site belong to Team Indigo Corpus Christi LLC. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own use in evaluating or engaging our services. You may not republish our photographs or copy the text onto another business's site.
Links to other sites
This site links to Google, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Team Indigo Corpus Christi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed work agreement with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Nueces County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in force.
