What this covers
This policy explains what Team Indigo Corpus Christi LLC ("Team Indigo", "we") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. It does not cover what happens once you become a customer and we exchange emails, invoices or work orders directly.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the pricing request on this site, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property or company name if you provide one, the service and scale you selected, your timing, and any details you wrote. Nothing on the form is collected that you did not type or tap.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time you requested them. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The Google Maps panel on the service-area section is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies when it appears. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies in your browser; the rest of the site works without the map.
How we use what you send
- To price the work you asked about and get back to you.
- To schedule and carry out work you book.
- To keep a record of the quote for our own bookkeeping.
- To answer follow-up questions about a job we did.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Calls and text messages
When you give us a phone number on this site, you are asking us to contact you about that request, and you agree that a member of our team may call or text that number about it. These are ordinary calls and texts from our office, not an automated messaging system. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting that number; tell us on a call and we will stop calling it.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to: our office staff and the crew assigned to your job. Beyond that, the only outside parties involved are the service providers that keep this site online and deliver form submissions to our inbox. They process that information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as they are commercially useful, and for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require where the request turned into a job. Server logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (361) 774-8641 or write to the shop address at the top of this page and tell us what you want done. If you are a Texas resident, you may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honour a valid request under that Act at no charge.
Children
This site is aimed at property managers, owners and homeowners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep payment card details on this site at all.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious on this page rather than buried.
