Enzyme treatment for pet odour and staining, priced by the room and done in the same visit as the carpet.
Corpus Christi, Texas
Your units, turn-ready on schedule.
Paint, cleans, carpet, resurfacing and full make-readies for apartment communities and homeowners across the Coastal Bend. One crew, one call, since 2015.
Built for turn season
40 units due by move-in day? You need manpower, not a waitlist.
Paint, clean and carpet under one vendor means one schedule, one point of contact and one invoice. We staff up for student turns, seasonal turns and portfolio-wide pushes — 186 units in a single push for one Coastal Bend community — then hand the units back ready to lease.
What we do
Everything a unit needs between tenants.
Book the whole make-ready or just the piece you're short on. Same crews, same standard, whether it's one house or a full property.

Full Make-Readies
Trashout, repairs, paint, clean and carpet — the complete turn, handled end to end so the unit is ready to show.

Interior & Exterior Painting
Unit repaints, accent walls, trim, doors and building exteriors. Deck painting and repair too.

Carpet, Tile & Grout
Hot-water extraction on carpet, upholstery and stairs, plus tile and grout restoration and pet treatments.

Tub, Tile & Countertop Resurfacing
Cracked, peeling, chipped or stained tubs, sinks, tile and counters resurfaced in place instead of replaced.

Full Cleans & Janitorial
Move-out and move-in deep cleans, recurring janitorial for offices, clubhouses and common areas.

Drywall & Repairs
Holes patched, texture matched and trim made right before the paint goes on.

Trashouts & Haul-Offs
Abandoned units and eviction cleanouts emptied and swept so the rest of the turn can start same week.

Water Extraction
Overflows, supply-line breaks and storm water pulled out of carpet and pad before the damage spreads.
Sofas, chairs and mattresses in furnished units, clubhouses and leasing offices.
Ducts and dryer vents cleared for units and common areas. The dryer vent is the one that shows up on inspections.
LVP and sheet vinyl cleaned and finished, so the floor reads replaced rather than mopped.
Balconies, stairs and decking repainted, with board replacement where it has gone soft.
Grab rails and access ramps fitted for ADA units and for residents who need them mid-lease.
The turn, in order
One crew, every trade, in the right sequence.
Most turn delays aren't quality problems — they're hand-off problems between vendors. When one company does every step, the painter isn't waiting on the drywall guy and the carpet isn't cleaned before the paint. Here's how a unit moves through Team Indigo.
Step 01Trashout & haul-off
Whatever the last tenant left goes out, and the unit is swept down so the trades can start.
Step 02Repairs & resurfacing
Drywall patched, and tubs, sinks, tile and countertops resurfaced instead of replaced.
Step 03Paint
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Whole-unit repaints or touch-ups, whichever the unit needs.
Step 04Full clean
Kitchen, bath, fixtures, windows and floors. Move-out grime gone before the carpet crew arrives.
Step 05Carpet, tile & grout
Hot-water extraction, pet treatment and tile restoration — the last trade in, so nothing gets tracked back over it.
Step 06Ready to lease
The unit is handed back on the date you gave us, ready to show. One invoice for the whole turn.
Don't need all six? Book the steps you're short on. Paint only, carpet only, or a clean between your own vendors — same crews, same schedule.

The carpet, tub and sink you were about to replace.
Traffic lanes, pet damage, rust and years of wear come out with extraction and resurfacing — for a fraction of the cost of replacing fixtures in every unit. Pick a job and drag the handle.

Why property managers keep us on the list
Enough trucks and crews to actually hit your date.
Most turn problems aren't quality problems — they're capacity problems. A vendor takes the work, then can't staff it, and your unit sits vacant another week. Team Indigo runs its own fleet and crews out of a Corpus Christi shop, so the size of the job doesn't change the answer.
Pipes burst? Water in a unit? Call now.
Emergency water extraction with moisture readings, dehumidifiers, fans and build-back — the freeze-week calls we take every winter, and the supply-line breaks in between. Water and floods are what we come out for after hours.

What Coastal Bend managers and homeowners say.
Who you're calling
Built by people who came up in this industry.
Team Indigo was started by vendors who had spent years on the property side and knew what an on-site team actually needs from a contractor: show up, hit the date, and make the invoice easy.
"There was a need in Corpus Christi for experienced vendors — people with years in the apartment industry who understand the pressures and expectations of modern-day property management. We built a company and culture that keeps the on-site team in mind."
