Accessibility Statement
What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, what still falls short, and how to tell us.
Our commitment
We turn units for communities that house people with every kind of need, including ADA units where we fit the grab rails and ramps ourselves. It would be strange to build a website that some of those residents and managers could not use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Text and background colours on this site were measured, not eyeballed. Body text, headings and the text over the photographs on the home page were each checked against the actual image behind them.
- Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, including the menu, the before-and-after sliders and the pricing form.
- The before-and-after comparisons are built on a standard range slider, so they work with a keyboard, a screen reader and assistive pointing devices, not only with a drag.
- Buttons and links are sized for a finger: at least 44 by 44 pixels on a phone.
- Every photograph carries a text description, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers rather than announced as noise.
- Headings run in order, so a screen reader can move through a page by structure.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving parts of this site stop: the home page photographs stop cycling, the two photo and review strips hold still, and the menu stops animating.
- The photo strip and the review strip move on their own. Touching either one, hovering it, or tabbing into it stops it where it is, and it stays stopped until you let go.
- The site works at 200% browser zoom and in portrait or landscape without losing content.
Known limitations
The photo strip and the review strip start moving on their own and keep going for longer than five seconds. They stop on touch, hover or keyboard focus, and they never start at all if your device asks for reduced motion, but there is no visible pause button. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise, and we will add one if it gets in anyone's way.
The service-area map is an embedded Google Maps component. We do not control its markup or its keyboard behaviour. Everything the map shows is also written out in text on the same page: the towns we cover, the shop address and how far we travel, so no information is available only inside the map.

Assessment
This site was reviewed by its developers against WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated checks and manual testing on a phone, including keyboard-only and zoomed testing. It has not been audited by an independent third party.
